Your membership (“Membership”) in the iTutorToday Online Program is subject to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions"):
Monthly Membership Fees: By registering for iTutorToday’s Online Tutoring Program, your child will receive unlimited access to the iTutorToday.com interactive online curriculum (the “iTutorToday.com Online Program” or “Program”). Access to the Program’s curriculum will begin upon completion of registration and payment of a monthly membership fee in the amount of $147.00 for one child, $297 for two children and $387 for three children (less any applicable discounts) (“Monthly Membership Fee”).
Services/Communication: All students will have 24/7 access to all curriculum assigned to the student for the monthly membership fee. A learning coach will be assigned to each family, who will receive two (2) weekly phone calls from the learning coach to the parent to report on the student’s progress. As the parent or legal guardian, you allow an iTutorToday learning coach to communicate by phone or email with your child for encouragement and support for their learning experience. You will receive monthly email reports on your child’s progress. In the event a learning coach is unable to work for more than one week, a substitute learning coach will be provided and will follow all the same rules and requirements as the assigned learning coach.
Payment Method & Cancellation Options: For monthly members (“Monthly Members”), iTutorToday.com will automatically charge the Monthly Membership Fee (less any applicable discounts) to your credit card or debit card on the day you register. Thereafter, the Monthly Membership Fee to cover each monthly service period (“Monthly Service Period”) will be automatically charged on or around the same date of the month that you were charged your first Monthly Membership Fee.
You can cancel your monthly membership at any time by emailing support@iTutorToday.com or contacting us at 1-877-436-160 during our regular Customer Service hours. For Monthly Members, once you cancel, the cancellation will be effective at the end of the then-current Monthly Service Period, and you will not be charged the Monthly Membership Fee for the next Monthly Service Period or thereafter.
Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied in the first 30 days of your child’s assessment and customized learning plan, you can cancel your membership and request a full refund by emailing your request to refund@iTutorToday.com, and we’ll credit your account the full amount – no questions asked.
Monthly Service Period Suspensions: If your Payment Method is declined for any service period, access to the online tutoring program will be suspended. This suspension will continue until the Monthly Membership Fee has been received.
Price Increases: Rising costs may occasionally require that we increase the Monthly Membership Fees. You will be notified via email if the Monthly Membership Fees increase. In no event will the Monthly Membership Fees for active students increase by more than 10% per calendar year. We reserve the right to modify, terminate or otherwise amend our offered membership plans at any time and with notice to our clients.
Learning Coaches: At iTutorToday, your child’s safety is very important to us. All iTutorToday learning coaches are fully screened through a background check process, and these are maintained on file in our offices. No iTutorToday learning coach is accepted for employment if they have had any crime against a minor child.
Student Confidentiality: iTutorToday respects the confidentiality of your child’s records and academic information. As the parent/legal guardian authorized to register your child, you will have access to the information we gather about your child. Should you wish to authorize such access to any other individuals (for instance, your spouse or your child’s teacher), you may do so by emailing us at support@iTutorToday.com. Please note that iTutorToday.com will not honor any request for information about your child from the listed individuals without seeking your prior approval. If you need to remove any secondary users that you previously authorized, please email support@iTutorToday.com
